Celia, a resident of Yorktown Heights for over thirty years, has been the Corporate Secretary of the Pantry since 2021 and serves on the Volunteer and Nominating Committees. Upon graduation from Pace University with a BBA, Celia began her twenty-five-year career in human resources, focusing on benefits administration at local, Westchester-based corporations. She most recently worked at a local nonprofit organization, where she initially worked in human resources and ultimately was selected to assume the role of Assistant to the Corporate Secretary, working directly for the Board of Directors. She has been involved in the community by volunteering for leadership roles at the Shrub Oak Athletic Club and Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson.
