VOLUNTEER
Our volunteers are critically important partners in the effort to alleviate hunger in our community. Thank you for your gift of time - you are making a significant difference in the lives of our neighbors.
If you would like to volunteer, please visit our Volunteer Application portal on Civic Champs, and download our Volunteer Handbook. After submitting your application our Volunteer Manager will contact you.
**NOTE: When you click Volunteer Application, you will be redirected to the Pantry Volunteer Management System, Civic Champs, to complete your application. Once your application is completed, you will return to the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry website.**

Hunger Helpers - Family Volunteer Program
The Pantry's monthly family Hunger Helpers program is on hiatus.
In the interim, we encourage you to participate in our "Grow a Row" initiative this summer and fall by dedicating one row of your garden to growing extra vegetables, herbs, or fruits for the Pantry.
Why Grow a Row?
Fight Hunger: Your surplus produce can help fill the shelves of MKIFP providing fresh, nutritious food to those who need it most.
Build Community: Gardening is more than just a hobby; it’s a way to connect with your family and neighbors to create a stronger, more resilient community.
Teach Generosity: Involve your children in the process and teach them the value of giving back, fostering a sense of empathy and responsibility.
Besides cultivating plants; you are nurturing hope, health, and happiness. Join us in this simple yet powerful act of kindness, and let’s make sure everyone in our community has access to the fresh food they deserve.
Start Growing Today – Because a Community That Grows Together, Thrives Together!
