A resident of Chappaqua, Jennifer is a Partner, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of JANA Partners Management, LP, a registered investment adviser, where she is responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance affairs. Before joining JANA in 2007, she began her legal career at Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin, LLP, followed by Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP, where she focused on various areas in corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder activism. Before law school, she worked as a Compensation & Benefits analyst at Florida Power & Light. Jennifer is a graduate of Cornell University and Georgetown University Law Center.
